Towards the end of 2009, there are many feelings inside of me. There are feeling of joy...sad...fear...loneliness..insecure..unsure. All these mixed emotions and feelings are making me feeling weird. Year 2009 is really not a good year for me. I had encountered so many problems and problems just can't get enough of me. They kept coming to me again and again. I had struggled and asking for strength for me to continue fighting. Now that these problems seem to go away slowly.. I am somehow feeling lil relieved. In few days later, I will starting my new job in a new place. Year od 2010 is a really a new year for me. A new year that I am hoping for new hope, love, commitment and life. I am hoping that I can leave all those bad and sad things behind and move forward. I believe that the coming year will be a greater one.
However, deep inside me, I have this feeling of fear.. afraid and insecure about things that are coming to me. What if the new job doesn't suits me? What if I can't get a long with my new colleagues? What if I fail to impress my new boss? What if they think that I am not capable to do my new job? What if I cannot make through this time? I am starting a new base in a new place. Everything will be new and strange to me. Probably that is why I am fear... scare.. afraid and feeling insecure.
I really want to escape myself from all these. I want an easy way out for all these. But how long can I escape? How many easy way out is there for me? No matter what, I need to go through all these nonsense. I have been telling myself that this is just another new beginning for me. God will give me the strength, courage and faith to deal with all these...to face my future with hope and own my brighter future. As long as I take out my sincerity, honesty, effort, understanding, humble and sharing attitude, I can make all things right. *crossing my finger*
Can I really survive this time? :)

My 6th speech - Vocal Variety
Finally, I had completed my sixth speech in Toastmasters. The title of my speech is "That is how we speak". Basically my speech is telling us how important is vocal variety in communication, and how do we achieve that. Well, I think it was a so-so speech. I wasn't really prepared for it. But I managed to pull it over and got it done. My evaluator said I had achieved the objectives of the speech project. People said it was good. But I think it was not that overwhelming. I should have present my speech in a different concept. A concept that are more personal to me and at least I should make people laugh. But I did not do so. But I am glad that it was all over now.
One thing great about tonight is this is the first time our HICT Toastmasters Club organized a meeting during a dinner. Our meeting was held in Loke Fook Moon restaurant in Meru Klang. With the delicious food and great companies, indeed this is one of the good night to remember! I really appreciate the exco committee for their hard work to make tonight a success one. Good job guys! Bravo!

Month of December!
Ho ho ho... after so long... finally i have the time to update my blog. Month of December is an exciting month for me! So many things happened this month... I quit my job... ended that I have to use this tactics of disappearing from work. Why? Cause my company's HR said I need to serve three months. The funny thing is I do not even know that! I really do not know what is wrong with this Hr.. anyway, to save me from all those unnecessary problem, I think the best resort is to leave the company after serving one month notice. Actually I am quite worry if they will issue me a legal letter, but after few discussion with experienced people, I am on the winning side! Phewww.... lucky me.
Then there is this Taiwan's trip that I had. This trip took about 11 days and I went with Diana and Wee Han. Well, this is the first time we went holiday together. Of course there will be things that cannot meet each others needs and requirements. But we managed to pull it through. I really had so much fun during this trip. But it also created a big hole in my pocket! Hmmm... We went to so many places... and ate so many kinds of foods. The best thing is the HOTSPRING! I really enjoyed myself there. I bet all of us had fun inside the tub. Posing and videoing all kinds of movement and postures. Hahahaha... u know i am talking about u! We took lot lot of pictures.. cause u know.. Wee Han is there.. what can u expect more right? :)
I got myself a lot of bags during this trip.. really a lot. Things are quite cheap there.. well, it depends on which places. Places like Shihlin night market and Danshui are quite nice places to do shopping. I also got lot of Christmas gifts for my family and friends. I also got a Christmas gift from someone special! Hehehe... The 11 days really passed so fast. But tell u one thing... NEVER TAKE AIR ASIA if your flight is more than 3 hours! The five hours journey to and from Taiwan was horrible and freaked me out. No more Air Asia for me if I were to go Taiwan again. One time is enough.. really enough.
AS for now, I am enjoying myself at home doing all the things that I have to finish before the year end. I am taking time to do things and to spend time with my mum at home. I realized that if we were to take time to see things around us... there are really many things we can actually see. If we are able to take our life in a slower pace, we can actually see more things! :D

Shell without soul
There is a point in life where you realised that life is meaningless. You do not know what is the right thing to do or you should do. Probably when your life is too routine.. no more excitement... no more motivation.. no more direction.. you just feel meaningless in living anymore. Not that I am going to commit suicide or what.. but just feeling like living in a shell without a soul. Where the shell brings me, there I go. What the shell wants me to do, I just do it. To be honest, at times I feel or see nothing in my future. It's totally blank and empty. When you can't see what is waiting for you in the future, you tend to have a fear. Fear of failure.. fear of making a wrong decision.. fear of turning back ...fear of losing everything you have and will have. Sometimes feeling and guts will make us make some irrational decision. Knowing that it is irrational, but we still choose to do it. Because I prefer to trust my feeling and guts than rationality. I want to do things that my feeling and guts tell me. I do not want to have regret later for not trusting my feeling and guts. Even if one day, my decision is wrong.. at least I have tried and feeling no regret.
It's not that I do not want what I want in life.. but sometimes things around us tend to make us doubt if that is what we want in life. Can I achieve all the things and plans I have for myself? What if I don't? Am I going to lose everything I have now? Being 25 years old this year and I still have no achievement at all, I feel useless. Looking at my friends... some of them have achieved what they want... some of them have proceed to another stage of life... some of them have started their family... some of them have moved to the top... and here am I... achieve nothing yet. Sometimes it makes me think ...am I too demanding in life? Am I too stubborn in life? Am I looking too high on myself? Am I being too perfectionist in life? Perhaps I should really sit down and think about my capabilities.. Perhaps I should be less demanding... Perhaps I should learn to accept people's suggestion... Perhaps I should put down all my greedy demand and live a simpler life... Perhaps living a simpler life and demand less would be easier and happier... Perhaps I should put down my urge for perfect lifestyle and settle down... Perhaps I should learn to accept than just giving... Perhaps... perhaps... perhaps... But if I put all these perhaps into action, will I be happier?

You, me ... us... they... we are just part of the play
Have u ever imagine that you, me, they , we.. we are just part of a play? A play that has been directed God and we are the actors and actress? Sitting in a room filled with people, all and each of us have our own story to share. Each individual that lives in this world has a story to portray. A character to play and a script to follow. Just like what we see in television, we are the actors and actress. The only thing difference is we do not get the chance to see the script beforehand. It just happens spontaneously. I was watching this movie in astro today, a chinese movie called the cocktail. This movie talked about how people behaviour, how people express their feeling.. what each of them has gone through and how it affect their life. And all these happens in a pub. The pub is like a place.. a shelter for people to get away from all that.
Relate that movie to my surrounding, I think this movie is quite true. Looking at the people I know around me, each of us have our own story..our character to play. And each of us do not only plays one character, but many characters at a time. For myself, I have play the characters as a daughter to my parents, a sister to my siblings, friend to my friends, employee to my employer, a coordinator to my students...and so many more to explore. At times, we just get tired of playing so many roles. Wish to give up and leave everything behind... but we know we just can't. This is what life is all about. Like what I said, our life is a play which is directed by God. He choose us to play that particular roles and He has the power to make us do things that He wants it to be. He can direct us to play the evil roles... the good role.. and He decides when our roles should come to an end too. If only I can gather everyone in a room and share their life story... I bet the day will never ends.
I look at the friends around me and each of them tells me a different story. I have one friend that tells me how his life is being controlled by his parents, how much he suffered due to loneliness, how much he loves freedom in life... I have another friend who tells me that how stupid of him in his relationship. How he got fooled by the girl he loves, and ended up being dumped by her. And another friend who tells me that he is confused over his sexuality. And friends who tell me lot of their own story... And looking at my own story, I also have lot of story to share. Story of how I screwed up my life.. story about how failure is my previous relationship... story about how lucky am I to be where I am today... story about my confusion over what I want in life... Sometimes I just wish life can be simpler. Too much complication and too many roles to play at one time is very tiring and confusing sometimes.

Saving is sin, and spending is virtue...
Interesting article written by an Indian Economist
Japanese save a lot. They do not spend much. Also Japan exports far more
than it imports. Has an annual trade surplus of over 100 billions. Yet
Japanese economy is considered weak, even collapsing.
Americans spend, save little. Also US imports more than it exports. Has an
annual trade deficit of over $400 billion. Yet, the American economy is
considered strong and trusted to get stronger.
But where from do Americans get money to spend?
They borrow from Japan , China and even India .
Virtually others save for the US to spend. Global savings are mostly
invested in US, in dollars.
India itself keeps its foreign currency assets of over $50 billions in US
securities. China has sunk over $160 billion in US securities. Japan 's
stakes in US securities is in trillions.
Result:
The US has taken over $5 trillion from the world. So, as the world saves
for the US , Americans spend freely. Today, to keep the US consumption
going, that is for the US economy to work, other countries have to remit
$180 billion every quarter, which is $2 billion a day, to the US !
A Chinese economist asked a neat question. Who has invested more, US in
China , or China in US? The US has invested in China less than half of what
China has invested in US.
The same is the case with India . We have invested in US over $50 billion.
But the US has invested less than $20 billion in India .
Why the world is after US?
The secret lies in the American spending, that they hardly save. In fact
they use their credit cards to spend their future income. That the US
spends is what makes it attractive to export to the US . So US imports more
than what it exports year after year.
The result:
The world is dependent on US consumption for its growth. By its deepening
culture of consumption, the US has habituated the world to feed on US
consumption. But as the US needs money to finance its consumption, the
world provides the money.
It's like a shopkeeper providing the money to a customer so that the
customer keeps buying from the shop. If the customer will not buy, the shop
won't have business, unless the shopkeeper funds him. The US is like the
lucky customer. And the world is like the helpless shopkeeper financier.
Who is America 's biggest shopkeeper financier? Japan of course. Yet it's
Japan which is regarded as weak. Modern economists complain that Japanese
do not spend, so they do not grow. To force the Japanese to spend, the
Japanese government exerted itself, reduced the savings rates, even charged
the savers.
Even then the Japanese did not spend (habits don't change, even with taxes,
do they?). Their traditional postal savings alone is over $1.2 trillions,
about three times the Indian GDP. Thus, savings, far from being the
strength of Japan , has become its pain.
Hence, what is the lesson?
That is, a nation cannot grow unless the people spend, not save. Not just
spend, but borrow and spend.
Dr. Jagdish Bhagwati, the famous Indian-born economist in the US , told
Manmohan Singh that Indians wastefully save. Ask them to spend, on imported
cars and, seriously, even on cosmetics! This will put India on a growth
curve. This is one of the reason for MNC's coming down to India , seeing the
consumer spending.
'Saving is sin, and spending is virtue.'
But before you follow this neo economics, get some fools to save so that
you can borrow from them and spend!!!
God Bless You

Another big phenomena just happened!
So... another big world phenomena just happened... Michael Jackson is finally rest in peace. One thing very funny about this is.. when he is still alive breathing in this world... ppl tends to ignore or dun even bother to talk about Michael Jackson.. but the moment he died... wahhhhhhh... so many hot news.. "I love MJ"... "MJ is my idol"... "MJ lives forever!"... Human is always this funny... They tend not to appreciate certain things.. until the moment they lost it .. Then only they began to feel sad and regret about it.
Human oh Human... why are we sometime taking things for granted! Is it because of our ego?? stubbornness? Human are just too complicated! Anyway.. back to MJ... a legend that just leave for good... actually I am not really a big fan of MJ.. but like what I say.. human! Then I think maybe this is the best solution for him. After reading through all the articles circulated in the net... I think he is actually a nice person! Hahaha... anyway... Rest in peace, MJ! Your legacy will live forever! Hmm.. maybe not forever.. for another 50 years... hehe...

A lil updates about my weekend!
So... after a great weekend, it's time to get serious now. Let's update a lil about my great weekend. So me, Sue Ann and Sean decided to go for a happy hour in KL on the Saturday. After google-ing for a few websites, I decided to try out at Sassoroso Italian Restaurant near to KLCC. First visit and I loved it. The ambiance is great... relaxing ... because we did not made a reservation, we only managed to get the outside table. Good enough! The menu was well customize.. there are pasta... risotto...pizza... appetizer... dessert... and their main thing to do there... The wine selection! They have so many wine selection which I also do not how to differentiate. So I ordered pizza with four types of italian cheeseeeeeeee... yummy!!! I forgot what is the name... something.. formaggi... haha... Then Sue Ann ordered pasta as usual and Sean had risotto that night. When my pizza was served, I got a shocked! It's BIG!! But the smell of the cheese was so yummyyyy.... Ohhh... NICE! I actually finished 5 our of 8 pieces pizza that night... hehe... i know.. i know.. it's FAT.. but I cannot resist them!

So after our fulfilling dinner, we decided to go for a drink. After cracking my head thinking where to go.. finally we ended up at Zouk. Ohh.. it was packed.. got Juicy event that night at the main room. Thank God because we still have a quarter of bottle left that previous night we went, we MANAGED to skip the queue!! Hahaha... phewww... when I entered Velvet... Goshh!! It was so cold!! I was freezing inside there... Can't even enjoyed a lil... Sigh... sad case! But but but... but... one thing that made my day! hahaha... the highlight of the night!I do not know if it is nice to share it here... but since it has been requested by someone, so i shall wrote them down. So I was waiting for my turn in the ladies room at Zouk that night, I waited for quite sometime and the idiot people was still inside dunno doing what. Then I could heard some water gushing down from somewhere. So out of curiosity, I tried to locate the source of the sound. And guess what? The lady beside me was peeing! Ermm... she was standing there awkwardly and let the water just flow down to the floor. Thank God she was wearing a very short dress that night or else... I cannot imagine what will happen to her. So all of us were looking at her. I was so wanted to laugh... but in order to avoid making her look bad, I just kept them to myself until I went into the toilet room. HAHAHAHAHA... ok.. I am a lil evil ... but but but.. it was funny. Probably she was unable to hold it any longer. So pity her but she should have squat down. That would probably save her legs from her own "water". The most funny was the cleaner actually cleaning and tell the others that the lady inside the toilet room pee and wet the floor! Gosh.. that was embarrassing! That cleaner also another one.. sigh... can't she just act dumb?!! And also the friend that came in with the lady.. she looked at her and acted that nothing happen and continued talking with that "lady". Hahaha... that was funny too! Oh... something that I think I hardly got a chance to see live.

Advance Father's day celebration
In order to avoid the high traffic of Father's day, we had decided to make it a week earlier for celebration. After a long consideration, we had decided to go to PJ Seafood at Damansara for seafood. Erm.. not really seafood but CRABS! Yummy! We made a reservation a day earlier and by the time we reached there, it was almost full! Thank God that I made a booking. Phewww.... So we ordered few dishes and the cannot missed signature dishes, "butter crabs" and also "salty egg crabs". Since I did not have my dinner the day before, it is time for me to have something good inside my empty stomach. We managed to click some pictures before our food came.

Now I know why ppl looks at the eyes!
A little boy asked his mother, "Why are you crying?" "Because I'm a woman," she told him.
"I don't understand," he said. His Mom just hugged him and said, "And you never will."
Later the little boy asked his father, "Why does mother seem to cry for no reason?"
"All women cry for no reason," was all his dad could say.
The little boy grew up and became a man, still wondering why women cry.
Finally he put in a call to God. When God got on the phone, he asked, "God, why do women cry so easily?"
God said:
"When I made the woman she had to be special.
I made her shoulders strong enough to carry the weight of the world,
yet gentle enough to give comfort.
I gave her an inner strength to endure childbirth and the rejection that many times comes from her children.
I gave her a hardness that allows her to keep going when everyone else gives up, and take care of her family through sickness and fatigue without complaining.
I gave her the sensitivity to love her children under any and all circumstances, even when her child has hurt her very badly.
I gave her strength to carry her husband through his faults and fashioned her from his rib to protect his heart.
I gave her wisdom to know that a good husband never hurts his wife, but sometimes tests her strengths and her resolve to stand beside him unfalteringly.
And finally, I gave her a tear to shed. This is hers exclusively to use whenever it is needed"
"You see my son," said God, "the beauty of a woman is not in the clothes she wears, the figure that she carries, or the way she combs her hair.
The beauty of a woman must be seen in her eyes, because that is the doorway to her heart - the place where love resides."

The Moment
One Moment listen please
The Moment you are in Tension
You will lose your Attention
Then you are in total Confusion
And you will feel Irritation
Then you will spoil personal Relation
Ultimately, you won't get Co - Operation
Then you will make things Complication
Then your blood pressure may raise Caution
And you may have to take Medication
Instead, understand the Situation
And try to think about the Solution
Many problems will be solved by Discussion
This will work out better in your Profession
Don't think it's my free Suggestion
It's only for your Prevention
If you understand my Intention
You will never come again to Tension

Reason, Season or Lifetime!
Something that I copied from somewhere where I think I like it!
People come into your life for a reason, a season or a lifetime.
When you know which one it is, you will know what to do for that person..
When someone is in your life for a REASON, it is usually to meet a need you have expressed.
They have come to assist you through a difficulty, to provide you with guidance and support,
to aid you physically, emotionally or spiritually.
They may seem like a godsend and they are.
They are there for the reason you need them to be.
Then, without any wrongdoing on your part or at an inconvenient time,
this person will say or do something to bring the relationship to an end.
Sometimes they die. Sometimes they walk away.
Sometimes they act up and force you to take a stand.
What we must realize is that our need has been met, our desire fulfilled, their work is done.
The prayer you sent up has been answered and now it is time to move on.
Some people come into your life for a SEASON, because your turn has come to share, grow or learn.
They bring you an experience of peace or make you laugh.
They may teach you something you have never done.
They usually give you an unbelievable amount of joy.
Believe it, it is real. But only for a season.
LIFETIME relationships teach you lifetime lessons,
things you must build upon in order to have a solid emotional foundation.
Your job is to accept the lesson,
love the person and put what you have learned to use in all other relationships and areas of your life.
It is said that love is blind but friendship is clairvoyant.
Thank you for being a part of my life,
whether you were a reason, a season or a lifetime

Another day just passed by...
Again, it's weekend soon! Weekend is like a charger.. a charger that re-charges my wasted energy during the weekdays. This week has been a relaxing week for me.. not so hectic like previous weeks.. gosh! That really kills me. Finally it's time for me to sit back and enjoy a lil... but soon.. soon I have to start getting busy again.. this time with the diploma final exam preparation. Setting final exam questions... prepare the answer sheet.. arghh... I can't believe that I am actually doing that... hmm... after being a student for 3 years, now I am actually setting up exam paper.. :)
Today I had lunch with Diana... Fu Hao and that lil 'angel'... you know who are u! Ishh... I tell you.. this angel is devilish! Really trying so hard to just make me feel bad.. Nvm.. I will have my chance back..
And today I canceled my class again.. haha.. this time is for some modeling audition. Haha.. actually my main reason of going there is to record the walk for my miss runway.. but when Victor saw me.. he insisted me to go up for the audition (he always claimed that he think I am more than what I am now... lol..thank you Sir!). so yeah.. I went for it... walking catwalk on the stage in front of people really made me fear and nervous! Gosh.. not first time but the feeling is still there. And I was selected.. my luck I guess.. haha... now that I am selected, meaning I need to practice more now!
Oh yeah.. that lil angel sent me a link to this video clip.. it was so touching!! I actually almost shed a tear...

Life oh Life
Have you ever question yourself why is life sometimes so boring? Why is life at times too routine and why we have to do what we have to do at that particular stage of life? What is life to us? For some people, they might said that life is a process of enjoying… some might said that life is a creation by God… so we have to live life to the fullest… some people might also said that life is a process where human or people waiting to die. And in the journey of waiting… we can choose to live our life the way that we want. Different people will have different definition when comes to this. Personally, I think life is nothing extraordinary or so great about it. Life is somehow shaped by the environment we are dealing with everyday. At times I wonder why I am born into this world. Well, of course I have no say about this… I have to ask my parents why. Why do I say that life is shaped by the environment we are living in? I think I can only say through my 25 years of life experiences and also from the environment around me.
Looking back at my life or most of us here today, since the day we were born, our life was been nicely arranged by those people who were born so much earlier than us. When we were six or seven years old, we were sent to kindergarten for pre-primary education. Some of us might even been sent to those extra activities such as ballet dancing or piano lesson. How I wish that my parents actually send me to those dancing class, but too bad I was not given that opportunity. See... sometimes we were not given the choice to choose the life that we want. Then when we were eight years old, we were sent to primary school by our parents. Why? Cause it is the government’s law that all children must have proper education. Alright… we wasted our six years there doing something that I think do not benefit us much. Again, we were not given a choice to choose if that is what we want in life. Then we continued our journey to the secondary school after completed our primary education. Another five years were wasted there and what do we get in return? A SPM certificate that probably help you to earn about 1k per month. That is why our parents sent us to college so that we can get a degree and better qualification that can help us to earn thousands after our graduation. After graduation, we will eventually step into the working environment that is so not fun at all. But why we still need to work when it is not fun? For survival of life… to meet the life’s needs and wants… if we do not work, we cannot survive. Isn’t life is complicated?
Why can’t we just go out there and do exactly what we want to do rather than going through these stages of life? Because that is what life is all about. I think life is basically about studying… working… family and friendship. When I completed my secondary school back in year 2001, people started to ask me… what courses I plan to do after SPM? Which college or university you plan to join after SPM? I would gladly tell them that I want to do hotel hospitality and management. But I ended up doing business courses. Why? Cause my family financial do not allow me to do so. So I got no choice but work it out within my capacity and ability. When I started to join the working force, I realized that working is not interesting at all; especially when you are doing something that you have no interest in it. How many people have the opportunity to do what they love as their career? Not many people I can say. I always wanted to register myself for those dancing academy to learn dancing through the proper channel. But the environment I am living now does not allow me to do so. I am restricted!
Then we reach a certain stage of life, people will tend to force you to think about relationship and family. It is like a must do things in life before you die. Studying… get a job… start a family… live happily ever after. Is this what life is all about? I always wonder. I have this friend who is about 30 years old and still single and available. She used to be a jovial lady. She seems to enjoy her single life a lot. But as her age keep increasing, she was somehow started to think about relationship and family. I asked her why… she said that everyone around her has already started to build their own family except her. So she started to join those match making company even though that is not what she wants. See how powerful these influences of environment in our life are and how it actually changed someone’s life.
Of course some might said that we do have choice to live our life the way we want. Yes of course we do. But the question is how many of us have that opportunity. Then people will say that opportunity has to be created by us, ourselves. But then how long do we have to toil for that opportunity to come to us? Either fast or slow, as long as we do not have the opportunity yet, our life will still be influenced or shaped by the environment we dealing and living in today.

Two doses in a week!
This week has been fun to me. On Thursday night, me and my usual gang... Jenny,Ke xin, Sue Ann, Robin, Drew and Sean went to Groove Junction for some live band performance. It was organised by Sean because he said Groove Junction plays Jazz music. Since some of us like Jazz, why not? So yeah.. we went there after our work and it took us almost 1.5 hours to reach Sri Hartamas!! It was super f**king jam that night. I think must be because of the building collapse? or maybe not.. hehe.. I also dunno why actually. So when we reached there, they already started playing and yeah.. it was a nice place to hang out. The performers were very good.. one thing that is less is someone singing jazz song! Sigh.. a lil disappointed actually but overall it was good.

Then yesterday night I went to Delucca with a bunch of college friends. One of our lecturer, Mr. Zailan Razak played there. Delucca was a nice place. Nice Italian restaurant. But kinda quite expensive... So there were like 20 of us there. I preferred Delucca's performance because there is someone singing live and she was good! Very good vocalist... I really had fun yesterday. SNHU's student are the best! We should do this more often .. :)

Lil update from me...!
After abandoning my blog for a very long time.. I think it's time to write down something before I actually forgot I have a blog! Hehe... alright.. many things has happened around me recently. From work to personal issues, I am actually quite tired with everything.
I have been very busy for the last one month because of the new intake students and also the new semester commencement. To order to avoid repeating the same mistake like what happened in previous semester, I ought to be very careful this time and guess what, sometimes people just do not help you out! I am quite tense with the teamwork in HICT. What is the big deal in changing or allowing extension of deadline when everything is beyond the control of people? What is wrong in changing things when we have the power to do so? Hmm... perhaps people are sometimes too strict with stupid rules and regulations. Oh well, human! What can I expect from them but the nature of creating problems and troubles! (that included me as well.. hehe)
The best thing happened next was the salary adjustment issue. Wow... indeed a great hu-ha in the workplace. I wonder why the management would take this step when there are so much more things to do in order to cut cost? Hmm.. a very immature decision but as I said.. human! Not only that, the poison letter and those politicking.. gosh.. it was sooooooo horrible and 'interesting' I would said. At times, I really feel sick with all these nonsense and that so called 'politicking strategy' those people implemented. I am so sick until I really suffocated and wanting to leave this place. After five years staying with SIT/HICT, finally soon it's time for me to leave this place. I know I could not stay here any longer. As soon as my contract end, I shall leave this place. I really wish I do not have to make this decision for my love for this organization... but it is not the same place I used to love anymore. So yeah... I shall not change my decision. (stick to it shireen ng... you know what is best for u!)
I wonder... wonder if any man can accept a lady who loves herself more than anything in this world.. a lady who loves freedom more than anything.. a lady who will do what her heart tells her to do... a lady who always put friends as her priority... a lady who has a dream and not willing to give up her dream for anything at all cost... Hahaha... I bet all man shall run far far away if they meet this 'unique' lady... :p
Alright... time to sleep now... Good night people!

We are CHEAP labor!
To be honest, I am fucking pissed right now...
Why would they do this to us? Cut salary?!?! After what I have done for the department? After that I should take more responsibilities?? I haven't done much for the department? They really think that I sit in the office and doing nothing huh? Well.. I am good enough to take up the lecture job with no extra income! I help the department to save at least few thousands.. and this is how u treat me? Gosh... I think it's time for me to do some serious thinking... Perhaps I should take myself out from the lecturing job... Yes, that would be the first thing I am going to do...
I think the biggest problem with the college is hiring all those stupid head of department with high salary and doing stupid job such as politicking?? sitting in the office doozing off? talking crap but doing nothing?? Well, I can do that too!!!
Perhaps they should learn to appreciate their staff and listen to them! Stop treating us like we owe you a big favor and we will die without you!

Sleepless night
It is 2.30 in the morning.. and I am still sitting in front of my pc. I tried to sleep since 1am... but i just couldn't. There are too many things in my head... and the thing that I concern most is the ADP T-shirt sales. It was a mistake from the first day. We are too ambitious about it. I am sooooo regret about this. But since it has been done.. i got no choice but to push the sales. But guess what.. the sales was actually hardly moving at all. Why am I the only one have to worry about this?? Where are those people who said they would help me? My head is keeping spinning finding ways to push the sales.. but if there is only me alone, how much can I actually do? I am actually planning to give up... I am very tired of everything.. CAN I GIVE UP?
Raza: Thanks a lot for your help! You're always my saviour when I need help the most. Love you... :p

Listening to Olivia Ong now...
Ok.. it has been a while since I updated my previous post. Well, there too many things happened recently and I just have not time to post up. So forget about it and I shall tell what I am doing now... I am listening to Olivia Ong's songs in my play list right now.. A very beautiful lady .. with a beautiful voice.. Ahha... I just love listening to her bossa nova genre song.. "LOVE...Girl from Ipanema... Fly me to the moon...Love Fool..First of May.." A very good collection of songs there.
And at the same time, I am planning a holiday trip to Phuket. Supposedly to go in the coming month of June.. Last two days when i was checking the flight cost.. it was about RM260++.. and yesterday night when I checked it went up to RM460++... !@#$%()$^$ ... SO FAST?!! Wah... really trying to give me a heart attack..in just two days and it doubled up so fast... Cis!! Time to change my plan now... *crossed my finger so that it will happen* I really want this trip to happen!!!!
and oh yeah.. i completed my Toastmaster's second speech! Fuih.. I was so nervous at first... especially the crowd that are much more than the previous meeting. So my speech was talking about the benefits of clubbing. And oh yes, I think it managed to create some attention there. Hehe... well.. overall it was good. Third speech? Erm... haven't decide yet and I think I am stuck with it.

Singapore was good
After spending two days in Singapore, I think I fell in love with it. Hahaha... each time I went there, I really like the place more and more.. Singapore is just like another KL city. Everyone is busy walking here and there. People with different outlook, nationality, races and profession sharing the same mrt or buses. Singapore is a small country but I can say that it has to be one of the best. First thing that I love the most would be the safety. Can you imagine me and my girl friend, Christine walking around the city at 6.00am, and still I am safe at Msia now? Haha.. the first thing and most important thing I always look for.. Safety. Then I also get to know few Singaporean malay and guess what.. they are quite nice people. I was suprised when they told me that in Singapore, there are also mat remp, which are like mat rempit in Msia lar.. hahaha... Not so perfect after all. But still I am safe there. Everything was pretty cool and great for me there. If I have choice, I would like to start my life there... Yes,Christine.. I want to be there..just give me somemore time ok.. haha..
So yeah.. I had fun! other than the flu and sore throat i was having still. I know... fun spoiler!! Anyway.. Singapore was good!

Education fair?
This is the second time I went for education fair. Well, compared to the first time, I think I performed better this time. Maybe because I have to do a lot of counselling and have to be independent with everything. From a 20% of marketing skills, I think I can say that it eventually went up to 70%? Haha.. from ADP, to A levels and to Engineering, I can crap the whole way! Oh even professional studies as well. Good.. this is indeed a good experience for me. I have learnt a lot from this. I am so thankful to my best buddies who were there with me, Andrew..Ke Xin and Efoong. You guys are the best! Hahaa...
And finally, I managed to pull in my own brother to SNHU. Hahaha... after a long disagreement and arguement, I still WIN! Hahaha... *very evil of me*
It was a fruitful weekend for me. But unfortunately, I am sick now. !@#$%^&*
I know... I know.. I am leaving to Singapore in 3days time. Arghhh...cannot afford to get into deep sick now. Healing... GOd please heal me! :p

Stress? Hahaha
I actually went to the doctor. A general doctor.. I know.. I know.. it's a lil nonsense to go see doctor for my slight depression. Haha... Probably it will go away in few days time. Still, I went for it. The doctor said probably I am under stress. I need to take things easily and rest more. I was having problem in getting my sleep as well. Argh... sleeping also canot.. this also canot.. that also canot...mati lar aku. I did asked for some sleeping pills in case.. in case I had the sleeping problem again. Touchwood, I still haven't have the chance to use it! Thank God... :)
I still do not understand what stress I am having. Working? PRom night? Environment around me? Working is currently ok to me. Past few weeks was terrible for me.. which I think is the start of this symptoms. But things were solved and getting better. Therefore, I am supposed to get better as well. Prom night? Haha... of course it does. But I couldn't believe until this extent. Although there were changes in plan and delayed, it won't create so much stress to me, I think.. Hmm... I really do not know why... or how... or what.. *Give up finding the answer*
Anyway.. deal with it. I need to have a break from everything.
Can't wait for Singapore trip!! :)

Hollywood Glam - Part 1
So let's talk about the Hollywood Glam aka HICT Prom Night 2009. After the postponing and delaying, finally the Oscar is up in the lobby. Indeed an eye catcher! Everyone that passes by will definitely stop and look at it. "What is this for? Any event is coming up? This is very good! How did you guys make it? Very creative!" All sorts of questions were thrown to us. This is a very good start for this event. Everyone is starting to get awareness of it. This is what we want. I can bet that this year prom night will be the best HICT ever had. This is the promise I have for myself. Keeping my finger crosses, and I will work it out.. of course with the assistance and efforts from my team. The best team I always worked with. Brilliant people they are!
Now that the first part is done, I can move on to the coming part 2 - The pre-event of Hollywood Glam 2009. Still looking for fresh ideas on how to make it another success one... *still thinking*
I will post up the Oscar pictures once I got it... :)

A lil too depressed?
I am going through a period of slight depression since last two weeks. I do not know what happened but my physical and mental just do not clicked! I had very bad mood that I think I might have offended few people around me. I said what I do not really meant and I acted coldly towards people around me. Stress? Probably... Sad? Probably... Sick? Not really... maybe a lil... Disappointment? Probably... I am going through a hard weeks and still I am now. Just wondering why am I so emotional weak recently. I cannot take control over my emotion anymore. The emotion and feeling are taking control of my life, which I hate so much. These emotional moment really make me weak and I am like where I was three years back. I began to wander back to the moment where I had the worst time in my life. The anger, guilt, sadness, disappointment and the feeling of lost is again back into my life.
I am kinda lost now. I do not know what I want in my life anymore. For what I had planned for my life so far are somehow lost it's meaning. Just do not know what I should do anymore. Should I take up the offer to do teaching? Why am I feeling like letting go of everything? Suddenly I do not have the passion for event management anymore. I am losing mood and passion for something that I wanted so much in my life. That is serious problem.. Haha... Depression you think? Yes, I think so!

I do not mind waiting...
I do not mind waiting
No matter how long it will takes
Just to wait for the right one to come
I do not mind waiting
No matter how difficult it will be
Just to wait for the right one to come
I do not mind waiting
No matter how much enduring I need to go through
Just to wait for the right one to come
I do not mind waiting
Just for the right one to come
Or I rather spend the rest of my life with only myself
I do not mind waiting
Just for the right one to come
The right piece of puzzle that fits into my picture
I do not mind waiting
Just for the right one to come
For I believe that the day will come somehow! :)

My sister's proposal!
Let me recall what has happen on that day.. If I am not mistaken, it should be last Wednesday when it took place. The whole idea of proposing started when my sister, her partner, my cousins and myself went to Jusco on Tuesday to look at the rings. Then coincidentally, there were also some bridal fairs going on that week. So we went to one of them and enquired about the bridal photo packages. Damn.. wedding is not a cheap business. Just the photo packages will costs up to RM3k!! What the 'toot'.. I mean really 3k.. I can do so many things with that sum of money. Fuih... money really go so easily. So after looking at the packages and quite satisfied with the price, they decided to place a booking on it. Wait... why place a booking when there was not proposing at all? Haha.. I also do not know why. But I guess they are getting the mood at that time.
The next day, my sister's bf called me and wanted to discuss with me about his proposing plan. Again.. what the 'toot'! So fast?! We just place the booking yesterday!Nvm.. so after my work, I went over to his house. Oh, my cousin was there too to do the planning. Oh ya, I did not explain this yet.. one of my cousin is the gf to my sister's bf younger brother. Haha.. i know.. complication! So the plan was I am supposed to get my sister out from the house for at least 1 hour. Then all of them will go to my house and get things ready. He already bought a bouquet of roses and also 99 heart-shaped balloons. From head to tail we thought and planned in details. I even reminded them to keep their shoes in the shoe rack to avoid my sister from knowing that they were there. So when i got home, I asked my sister to accompany me to pasar malam and Jusco. After wandering for almost an hour, I called back home and checked on them. After got the green light from them, we drove back home. My sister with no suspicious at all, went into the house and started talking to my mum and aunt. My mum kept asking her to go to her room to change her clothes. So right before she went into the room, she was about to take off her pant. She opened the door and found it strange as the room was dim and she saw my cousin inside. With that blur face she had, then the bf came out and gave her a surprise! Haha.. she was so shocked and she blushed!! Total red.. say no to alcohol! She was so embarrassed and wanted to get out from there. And when the bf knelt down and proposed to her, she said yes! Mission success!!
There she goes... reaching another stage in her life. My sister is getting marry! Haha.. I found it quite hard to believe.. Marry at her age is actually pretty not in sense for me. Well, it's her choice of the lifestyle she wants. All I can say is Congratulation!! Looks like more things and works have to start very soon... and I can sense.. I can sense that a lot of questions will be thrown at me soon too..."Shireen ar.. so when is yours coming?"... "When is your big day?"... "Got bf already or not?"... "AIyo.. don't so picky lar.. you think you still very young meh?"..
Blah blah blah... Need to prepare my defend army soon! Haha...

Fighting in Parliment???
Fighting in front of Parliment?? Why I am not surprise at all.. I am waiting for more to come actually. One word to describe these people... Disgrace! How can two adults people fight in the public? All kinds of words were threw at each other.. sampai perkataan babi also terkeluar. Looks like we are going to an era where politicians have to fight in order to get things done. No wonder Malaysia was ranked as one of the rudest people in the world. Thanks to these people!! hump!

Sick of all the bullshit!
Everyday I flipped through the newspaper or watched the 8pm news, I realized that there are nothing interesting that can attract me anymore. They are all about politic, politic and politic. At first it was at Perak, where the government took over the state simply because BN has the majority seats. I just wonder, did they ever take the citizen's or rakyat's votes into consideration? The citizen voted the opposition parties to lead the state because they trusted them, but what happen now? Then what is the point of having the voting system? What democratic is this? Nonsense!
Nvm... after Perak, now it comes to Selangor. All sort of tactics were used just to make sure they get back what they lose. This particular person is suing this person... and this person is reporting legal case towards another person. All these news that made up to cover all the "ass-es" is really sickening! All these people are really self-centered and never really think for the rakyat! Who care for the rakyat when the leader himself is not. I am really sick of all these bullshit and rubbish! This is one of the main reason why everyone is leaving Malaysia. These stupidity have to be stopped. How can we trust with them when all of them are playing fire between each other? How can we trust them when truth never stand a chance to speak? How can we trust them when they do not even trust their own people? There are too many issues that never been solved and not to surprise, the issues were no longer brought up after all. I still remembered the issue where the government used a large sum of money to buy stationary. It was reported in paper where government purchased a set of stationary at more than hundred ringgit.. I mean few hundreds.. where we can get it at less than RM10! They used thousand of ringgit to buy a set of equipment where only costs few hundreds. I wonder if the stationary were made from gold or platinum. And any actions were taken? NO! Isn't it obvious that because you have the power, you can do anything you want? Where is the citizen's right to the truth? The misused money can be used on more benefited projects or to help the needy. I am really very disappointed with the leader we have today. I wonder when will the change take place for Malaysia. Until today, I still see no hope but grey skies that fill with emptiness.

Puteri Gunung Ledang Musical
There is only one word to describe this PGLM show... "Awesome"
I was really amazed with this musical. I never expect them to be this good. From the stage setting to the props, from the music to the dance, and from the script to the production were very good. The scene transition was very smooth and you have no reason to actually ponder about it. The props that they used looked very real and the backdrop of the scene looked very real too!It was the work of the projectors and lighting that make the whole stage looked real to the audiences. Each time they changed their scene, I was like.. "Wow.. this is very good!".
So this PGLM was basically potrayed the story of Puteri Gusti from Majapahit who willing to sacrife her royalty to find her only true love in Melaka and how her lover betrayed her love. The ending of this story was very sad. The song that were sang by Tiara at the end of the play was very touching, and I cried. This play took about 3 hours and it was all worthy. I am very glad that I got the chance to watch this PGLM. Moreover, this is the last PGLM ever played by Tiara! Oh.. she is very good.. very good actress. I really enjoyed myself yesterday.. although I was pretty hungry during the beginning of the show.. haha
-Thanks, Andrew!-

Never judge a book by its cover
Never judge a book by its cover is indeed a very true statement. Have you ever encounter a situation where one of your friends were treating you as friend and behind your back, she is another kind of person? All these while, I believe that in life, as long as you treat people in sincere and good, people will do the same to you too. This is the principle I hold to all these while in my life. Until today, I realized how naïve I was. Human is definitely the ugliest and worst creature God ever created. Human, because of power and status, will do anything to get it right.
In my life, I hate the most is hypocrite people. I can tolerate anything but not hypocrite. I wonder how people actually able to play simultaneous characters at the same time. The best is to play the angel and devil in front of me. Working in this company really “opened” my eyes. The longer I work, the more “truth” that I know of and the more I hate about where I am. Imagine, you have this friend of yours who talks to you nicely, laugh with you and even eat together with you, and inside her, she hates you so much. The more I know of this truth, I feel how stupid I am. How can someone smile and laugh with you, and at the same time, she wants to kill you. Gosh... unbelievable. Perhaps Andrew was right, she is power crazy and money minded. What to do… power and money really changes a person… extreme changes summo.

Valentine's Day
After 10th February, there comes the 14th February.. the Valentine's Day. So what can a single people do on the Valentine's Day? Opps.. let's start from the eve of Valentine's day. On the Valentine's eve, my best friends, Jenny and Peiling together with me went for a nice dining. The main reason is to meet up and also to celebrate our birthday together (Jenny's & my birthday are very close). We went to SS2, and decided to go for The Cave. Wow, the ambience of this restaurant was indeed very nice! But it was more for couple thing because the seating for each table were mainly for two person. Nonsense! Discrimination betul. But we managed to get our seats. And then the waiter came in and began to serve us with the menu. And guess what, they only served valentine's meal set! LAgi lar discrimination... there were only three of us, and how the hell do we order the set??? Melampau betul. So we left the restaurant and went to JayaOne.
We decided to go for Divino restaurant in JayaOne. It is more to western food. So three of us ordered three different types of white wine that night. Well, trying to be pro a bit lar.. ordered wine.. lol...
Three of us took lot of stupid and funny pictures. It feels great to gather up and spend some great time together. It has been ages since we met up. (Kua cheong a bit lar.. ahahah) And we celebrated our first Valentine's day together in the car.
-Happy Valentine's day, my friends!-

My Birthday celebration
Let's talk about my birthday celebration this time.. I know it was a lil outdated but what can I do when I am only free now. Alright, it all began during my birthday's eve, which is also the Grammy's day. We had pre-planned earlier to watch Grammy together at my house on that Monday morning. So, Andrew and Sean came to my house quite early.. around 9.25am which I am still on my bed. LoL... so I went down with my pyjamas and pillow to welcome them. Gosh.. such a beautiful day to sleep.. So the Grammy started and here comes the Robin.. He came later alone. Then also Sue Ann and Ke Xin whom are much more later than everyone. So together gether we watched Grammy and also Grey Anatomy (hope I spelled right!) Then we decided to go out for a fine dining that night to celebrate my birthday. After so much hu-ha, we decided to go to Frangipani, which unfortunately was not open that night. So we will make our choice when we got there. After getting so excited to a fine dining, then we decided to dress up that night. The ladies will have to dress up gorgeously, while the men will have to dress up smartly. And the best cames after this. All of them wanted to give me a surprise gift for my birthday. They bought me a coat/dress which is purple in color. Very beautiful dress it is. What happened was Ke Xin went up to my room and put the dress on top of my bed. When I went into my room to show them my dress collection, I saw the dress and I thought it was my sister's. Cause she just came back from Jusco and the dress is available from there too. So I took the dress and throw at my sis's bed and telling her, "Keep buying and wasting money.. isk isk". I did not even thought that the dress was mine actually. LOL.. then my sis shouted back at me saying it was not hers. I replied, then whose one it is? Simply put on my bed!". Then Sue Ann said, " It's not your sister one, and it is on your bed! Whose one you think it is???!!" LOL... Only then I realised it was mine. I know.. I know..I am lil slow. But never expect mah.. I am very much delighted. Indeed was a surprise to me.. hahaha.
So we went to Changkat Bukit Bintang around 7pm. There are many nice restaurant there. Unexpectedly, the rain poured.. !@#$%^&*!! Do the rain have to pour at this nice hour where everyone is so dressed up!! We walked through the rain from the car to the opposite corridor. What made me laughed the most was KE XIN. She wore a very beautiful dress that night and she actually wore her toilet sandal out from the car and nicely walked with us to the opposite corridor. When we reached the corridor, me and Sue Ann looked at her and she just realised that she wore the sandal out. Pity Robin has to ran back to the car and get her proper shoe. Haha.. funny. Jokes of the night!
We decided to go for Bermuda & Onion for our dinner. It serves italian cuisine and the ambience is nice. So all of us ordered something different and shared among ourselves. The bill ended up to around 400++ if I am not mistaken. After that, Sue Ann and Ke Xin went back earlier to due Ann was not feeling well. So the remaining of us went to Laundry, the Curve after that. Yes, the place where I reached my 25 years old and recorded my speech. HAha.. yes, the speech in Facebook.
I had great fun that night. Thanks, people for making my birthday a wonderful one!
-Love you all like always-

Awana Kijal Terengganu, anyone?
Supposed to update my blog earlier but I just do not have the time. Finally, I have this little time to do so. Yes, I am going to talk about my trip to Awana Kijal Terengganu. It was last weekend when we were there. We started our journey from Klang around 6.30am...can't really recalled but should be that time lar. So we gathered up at the Petronas Station along the Kesas highway. When we got there, we are the earliest one as usual. I hate waiting, seriously! After waiting for almost 20 minutes, that's it lar.. I got down from the car and asked my mum, "Why so long?? Who are we waiting summo? Aiyo... " Then to my shock, my mum told me, " We got at least 10 cars going together, sure have to wait lar." I was like, "WTF?? 10 cars?? Rombongan meh? Looks like a convoy lor." Sigh.. what to do, if only I knew beforehand. I wouldn't have join this trip. So, there we go..10 cars in a row to Terengganu.
We reached there around 1pm... and guess what, the organizer of this trip has not reached yet. Apparently the organizer, which is also my uncle's nephew went to some temples for praying. Din even have the courtesy to inform us and made us waited for him like... maybe 2 hours. And lucky thing is the beach was nice. The wind blew and the weather was nice too on that day. This trip was really my relaxation trip. What I did there were basically sleeping, eating and beach walking. I slept for most of the time. When I got up, it was either for food or spent my time reading my book at the beach side. I really enjoyed myself.
Pictures time!

5th February 2009...
Now that I am free to write down something.. let see what I had gone through this few days. Hmm.. this week is an interesting week for me. Of course still in Chinese New Year mood, but things need to restart again. Back to work... walking here and there in the college... smiles at the people around me.. facing the computer... talking to people... hmm... should I say interesting? Well, one thing that I am happy about is that my friends are finally being true to themselves in front of me. This is something that keeps my week an interesting one. At least now we have nothing much that keeps us away from each other... There were like a wall in between us. Haha... Dramatic betul..
Oh.. finally I got myself a watch. Wanted to buy so long ago.. but cause of money constraint, I have to keep delaying it. Not a high end brand.. I wish I can afford those.. but I am not as for now.. wait lar.. give myself another 3 years.. But for now, I bought a brand named 'Delvina'. Never heard of the brand before, but I like the design. Very classic... genuine leather summo ok... lol... suits me the best. Ahem.. yes... no pictures on it yet.. later lar.. later I will post up.
I had a bad day yesterday. Was having stomachache the whole day. Like what Shaleeni said before... like got fire came out from there.. lol... reminded me of olden days. Gosh.. I missed that moments. I am so damn lazy to work lo... must be because of the CNY mood is not over yet. Yeah.. I will be on leave tomorrow. Going to Terengganu for a short holiday. Yes, after Genting.. now Awana Terengganu. Kaya betul.. haha... not I pay one also... Go lar.. wait what right... :p
Did I mentioned that I went to Genting last weekend? Oh yes, I went last weekend. Tell you, Genting was damn super packed! Most of my time there was waiting and waiting. I went to the theme park... paid RM38! and guess what, I only managed to ride two games and rain started to fall. WTF... Each ride need to queue up for at least 30 minutes.. Then nvm.. we managed to request for a change.. from outdoor to indoor theme park. Dahlah rugi duit... nvm.. inside also need to queue up.. at the end, I only taken 4 rides with the RM38.00. Sigh... really wasted my money... It was one of the bad trips I ever had. Must pray that this Terengganu trip will be a better one... to end my first half year vacation.
And now I am looking at Tenji Japanese Buffet promotion.. lol.. Yes, time for food again... A very nice restaurant it seems. (http://blog.tenji.com.my/)

Happy Chinese New Year!!
Happy Chinese New Year!! Isk..isk... whenever CNY comes, it always give me a feeling that I am getting OLDER each year. CNY is used to be a exciting event and celebration for me. But I realised that as I get 'older' ...eh..no... as I get mature years by years, CNY is no longer an exciting celebration for me anymore. It is just an occasion where I can get few days holidays and meet with my friends. Hmm... even CNY shopping also reduced at least 70%. I used to shop for myself new clothes at least from first day of CNY to the tenth day of CNY. Yes, I know... crazy right.. very rich right... hahha.. But hor this year I only shop for three days. Recession mah... what to do. Well, this year CNY was not a bad one for me. Looks like my luck is quite good this year. Out of 5 times gambling, I think I won at least 3.5 times.. hahaha... I felt so goood. And no.. this is not the end.. I am still going to continue winning until the fifteen day. After resting for 3 days, and I am back to work today. The whole college's environment is so silent and dead. It really looks like hospital now. A lil errie.. but works still continue...
I just can't stop eating during these few days.. Haha..I know... getting fatter.. but it's CNY.. it's the season of growing! Growing in stomach and also in pocket.. lol... This is the only thing I love about CNY. Alright..time to get into some serious business. Let's see how is this year 2009 going to be for me.
Born in the year of RAT...
- While there are many changes afoot, the Rat will receive help from Noble People. You will enjoy smooth relationships with others, with minimal troubles. Where your career is concerned, you need to stay in your current company this year. Help from others will elevate your stature and improve the situation, especially for those of who have more experience than you. They will be able to offer plenty of useful assistance and advice -
Gosh... stay in the current company for this year... exactly what I am planning to do.. Looks like it's a fate for me to stay in this company until end of this year. Well, it's 329 days to go from today... this will be the official countdown from now... the resolution of year 2009.

Prom night!
It is my dream or wish to organize a prom night. Now that I got a chance to so.. I definitely won't let it slip away. As usual.. it is just me and my gang who will be in the committee. My gang is who??? Aiyo... Andrew...Ke xin... Sean... Efoong... Robin... Wee Han... and a new girl, Jen. Who else I forgot to list here... ermm... should be this few people... I spoke to Kamini today in SSD about this prom night.. She is very supportive. She gave me few venue choices... "Kota Permai Golf Resort, Holiday Villa, Yatch Club, Concorde Hotel..." She also gave some ideas on how to make the prom a wonderful one..." ..a white tent with air-cond ... red carpet all the way..." I like the idea actually. Imagine.. walking through the red carpet to the main entrance of the hall... NICE! The theme of the prom night is Hollywood Glam! Wah... everyone will be the celebrity of the night. Man and woman will dress to kill and everyone will take pictures for each other. A night to remember indeed. This is the last event that I am going to organize for the college. So we have to make it the best and memorable one. I know if all of us want it, we definitely will do the best! Haha... that is the spirit we have. I am still thinking the actual date for this prom night. This is not an easy task.. lots of planning to do... and preparation to figure out. I think all of us need to sit down and start to plan for this. By hook or by crook, this prom night needs to take place! Haha... not that I am demanding.. just that after all the talking.. if the prom night never take place, where shall I put my face at? Ughh... CANOT.. Canot...
One problem with this prom night is which department should I parked this event at. An event for SSD or ADP? My initial plan was ADP collaboration with SSD. But now, how? ADP or SSD? If I put under ADP, I will have difficulty in getting the fund. If I put under SSD, Victor is definitely not happy with it. Arghhhh... how lar... how lar... Actually, I prefer to put this event under ADP alumni.. but it sounds ridiculous. So I also dunno how as for now. Let's see how tomorrow then!
It has been weeks since I am super busy.. until today I still felt exhausted and weak. Haih... No matter how much I rest, still not good enough for me yet. This is something new that I experienced since I started working. This program coordinator job make me realised that this is not what I want. Although this job can help me to get a better secure job in future, but I am not happy anymore. I am not the Shireen Ng I knew.. I do not like the new me. Just one year to go.. this is what I am telling myself.. just one year... bear with it and you can do whatever you want to do.. I used to love working for SIT... it was for SIT... not HICT. No matter how good the college is now.. it can't never replace the SIT I had in my heart. I really miss that moment!
